Christmas Store Displays Cheer Me Up
I can't wait for Christmas, not because I usually get new underwear as a present but because the displays at the local stores cheer me up. Most people love to go shopping for Christmas but not me. I enjoy the store windows. The lights the fake snow just the whole thing. I like to sit back and watch all the people going crazy and standing on line for half hour to buy stuff.
I don't do any of that because I buy all my Christmas presents online of course. I am sure you already figured that out since this is a Christmas website. Now back to the subject at hand and that is Christmas store displays. The part that I like is when they put a live person into the display window. They either dress them up like an elf or even a reindeer. That always cracks me up for some reason.
Another thing that I like is all the pretty lights. It cheers you up without even trying to. The colors of green and red just seem to bring out the best in people. Everyone is happy but the dad. For some reason he is always being dragged along to some store he doesn't want to go into. Odds are it is also his credit card that is being used too. That's probably why he doesn't have the happy look on his face.
It must take days if not weeks to get rid of the fake white snow that most merchants put into their store windows. That stuff seems to find its way into every nook and cranny that it can find. These are just some of the things that I like about Christmas. As you can tell I like to watch the people shop. Sometimes you see the strangest things at the mall during the Holiday season.
